What size or format should my photos be?
We can print your photo no matter what size or format you have. The print quality can vary widely depending on the resolution of your file so we will always check to ensure we are printing from the best version possible. We want to produce the best print possible but if the only version you have of a treasured memory is a screenshot from old phone then we will happily print it for you. How a print makes you feel is more important that the file resolution. We will Photoshop low resolution files to maximise the print quality.
If you have a physical photo we can scan a high resolution copy and resize it for you. If the photo is old or has cracks or stains we can edit them for a small fee.
Can you print any size?
The sizes on our price list are the most requested size but we can print at any size. Just email us for a quote.
What is your turnaround time?
We print throughout the week and then stretch on a Wednesday so we can always have your canvas finished within 7 days. If you order on a Tuesday for example, we can have it ready for collection the next day!
Can you print on anything other than cavnas?
Yes. We can print onto a Fine Art Paper, Photopaper or just about anything you can imagine. Printshop Genie shares a location with Minuteman Press Balcatta, a full service commercial printer so we have access to a wide range of stock and promotional materials.
Bulk Orders?
If you would like to order multiple canvases we can offer a very competitive volume discount. Does not apply to sizes that are already on sale.
Will the colours I see on my own PC monitor be the same as the finished printed canvas?
We cannot guarantee this as individual monitor settings vary. If you have any concerns regarding colour reproduction we are happy to print a small sample for your approval before we produce the final product
Delivery?
If you cannot make it to our shop in Balcatta, we can courier to you.
All framed stretched canvases are carefully wrapped within protective materials and are placed inside a robust cardboard box. All rolled (not framed) canvases are placed inside a strong mailing tube.
Delivery charges are based on location so just let us know the address and we can let you know the delivery charge.
If the canvas is a gift for a loved on we can wrap the box for you and add a personalised message.

We want you to be overjoyed with your canvas, but if in the unlikely event you are not happy, we offer a money back guarantee.
All we ask is that you notify us immediately and return the canvas back to us, if the problem cannot be resolved we will produce a replacement canvas. Or if you wish, we will refund the cost of the canvas back to you.
Copyright?
The owner of the copyright is the person who created the images or took the photos. By sending us your image and or photo, you are automatically stating that you are the owner of the copyright or have the full written permission from the owner of the copyright for the images or photos to allow us to provide the service to you, including but not limited to fulfilling your order.
